Technology Advisory Partner for UK & US
I'm Eugene Kunda, a technology advisory partner with 20+ years in enterprise IT. I help UK and US companies make better technology decisions - and deliver the projects through my network of 1,500 engineers. Co-existing in England and Poland, I serve clients who need senior expertise without large-firm overhead or offshore headaches.
With Helmes, we've led enterprise IT projects for organizations including CERN, OECD, and Airbus. I'm a Business Unit Leader within a €120M+ Estonian software company with 1,500 engineers across Europe. This gives me something rare: the strategic thinking of an independent advisor combined with the delivery capacity of a major software house when needed.
What makes me different: you work with me directly, not a rotating team of juniors. I provide advisory at nearshore rates versus high price tags from large UK firms. And when your project needs development resources, I bring in engineers I've worked with for years- not strangers from a bench.
